windows下可以通過使用orastack工具修改每個thread使用的stack記憶體

不停oracle服務會報錯，停下來執行沒有問題，最近遇到客戶在windows 32位下使用oracle遇到ora 12560，ora-04030錯誤的困擾，我想嘗試使用orastack.exe來下調每個thread stack使用的記憶體來節約更多的主機實體記憶體從而緩解一下這個錯誤的發生。 預設是1m
