摘要:本專案主要介紹瞭如何使用卷積神經網路去檢測翻拍圖片,主要為摩爾紋圖片;其主要創新點在於網路結構上,將圖片的高低頻資訊分開處理。

1前言

當感光元件畫素的空間頻率與影像中條紋的空間頻率接近時,可能產生一種新的波浪形的干擾圖案,即所謂的摩爾紋。感測器的網格狀紋理構成了一個這樣的圖案。當圖案中的細條狀結構與感測器的結構以小角度交叉時,這種效應也會在影像中產生明顯的干擾。這種現象在一些細密紋理情況下,比如時尚攝影中的布料上,非常普遍。這種摩爾紋可能透過亮度也可能透過顏色來展現。但是在這裡,僅針對在翻拍過程中產生的影像摩爾紋進行處理。

翻拍即從計算機螢幕上捕獲圖片,或對著螢幕拍攝圖片;該方式會在圖片上產生摩爾紋現象

論文主要處理思路

  1. 對原圖作Haar變換得到四個下采樣特徵圖(原圖下二取樣cA、Horizontal橫向高頻cH、Vertical縱向高頻cV、Diagonal斜向高頻cD)
  2. 然後分別利用四個獨立的CNN對四個下采樣特徵圖卷積池化,提取特徵資訊
  3. 原文隨後對三個高頻資訊卷積池化後的結果的每個channel、每個畫素點比對,取max
  4. 將上一步得到的結果和cA卷積池化後的結果作笛卡爾積

2、網路結構復現

如下圖所示,本專案復現了論文的影像去摩爾紋方法,並對資料處理部分進行了修改,並且網路結構上也參考了原始碼中的結構,對圖片產生四個下采樣特徵圖,而不是論文中的三個,具體處理方式大家可以參考一下網路結構。

3、資料預處理

與原始碼不同的是,本專案將影像的小波分解部分整合在了資料讀取部分,即改為了線上進行小波分解,而不是原始碼中的線下進行小波分解並且儲存圖片。首先,定義小波分解的函式

在本專案中,CNN 僅使用 1 級小波分解進行訓練。 可以探索對多級小波分解網路精度的影響。 CNN 模型可以用更多更難的例子和更深的網路進行訓練。
