PRCS-1007 : Server pool racdb already exists

Server
[oracle@vmac1 ~]$  /g01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/bin/srvctl  add database -d racdb -o /s01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0 -c RAC
PRCS-1007 : Server pool racdb already exists
PRCR-1086 : server pool ora.racdb is already registered


[root@vmac1 ~]# /g01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/bin/crsctl delete serverpool ora.racdb

[oracle@vmac1 ~]$  /g01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/bin/srvctl  add database -d racdb -o /s01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0 -c RAC
PRCR-1006 : Failed to add resource ora.racdb.db for racdb
PRCR-1071 : Failed to register or update resource ora.racdb.db
CRS-2566: User 'oracle' does not have sufficient permissions to operate on resource 'ora.LISTENER.lsnr', which is part of the dependency specification.



[root@vmac1 ~]# /g01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/bin/crsctl modify resource "ora.LISTENER.lsnr" -attr  "ACL='owner:grid:rwx,pgrp:oinstall:rwx,other::r--'"
[oracle@vmac1 ~]$  /g01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/bin/srvctl  add database -d racdb -o /s01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0 -c RAC
[grid@vmac1 ~]$ crs_stat -t -v |grep db
ora.racdb.db   ora....se.type 0/2    0/1    OFFLINE   OFFLINE
