adoacorectl.sh Failed

adstrtal.sh start 來啟動應用的時候，曾遇到過有些service沒有辦法啟動的問題，日誌如下:

Web Application Services   OACORE OC4J Instance szxxapp-01  adoacorectl.sh   Failed
Web Application Services   FORMS OC4J Instance szxxapp-01  adformsctl.sh    Failed
....

解決方法如下 ：
1. 關閉應用並檢查是否確實沒有程式存在 
2. 刪除如下目錄下的檔案 
$ rm -fr $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oacore/persistence/*
$ rm -fr $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oafm/persistence/*
$ rm -fr $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/forms/persistence/*
3. 重新執行adstrtal.sh start 命令。

這個是什麼原理 ？　檢視了其中的　oacore_default_group_1  下的檔案， 多是 scheduler_xxx.lock 檔案及對應的沒有.lock的檔案，
這些檔案是做什麼的  ？
