跨版本資料庫恢復
場景：
11.2.0.3.0-->11.2.0.4.0基於rman備份的恢復
源端為RAC冷備 11.0.3.0
目標端為單節點RAC 11.0.4.0
錯誤程式碼：
ORA-39701: database must be mounted EXCLUSIVE for UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE
CLUSTER_DATABASE is an Oracle RAC parameter that specifies whether or not Oracle RAC is enabled.
