問題

NetBackup 備份 Oracle 資料庫失敗，備份作業返回值 6（Status Code 6：the backup failed to backup the requested files）

沒有發起 Default_Application_Backup 型別的子作業

錯誤

rman out file 顯示以下報錯資訊：

蒐集 dbclient 日誌，顯示以下報錯資訊：

<16> VxBSACreateObject: ERR - Could not create new image with file /bk_47_1_683801398.

原因

用於備份的 Oracle 資料庫的賬戶沒有許可權讀寫 /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/ 目錄及其子目錄下的 log 檔案。

解決方案

在 Oracle 伺服器上，修改 /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/ 目錄及其子目錄的讀寫許可權為777。

#chmod -R 777 /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops
