EMC VMAX10k 前端埠詳解和磁碟劃分過程

本文針對EMC POOL池已經劃好,操作過和為VP種thin裝置劃分過程
一、初識前端埠
FA埠詳解:
針對本公司VMAX 10K儲存。
每個機櫃有兩個ENGINE,BAY1後面重右到左為dir1,和dir2, BAY2後面重右到左為dir3,和dir4
每個DIR中SLOT3,SLOT4中有8個FA埠,從左下角開始E0,E1,F0,F1,G0,G1,H0,H1
下載更出了所有的的前端 port埠,FA-1E:FA代表前端埠,1E:0代表1E Director上的0口

二、配置舉例
本次計劃使用第三個engine的F1口和第四個engine的F1口,即3f:1,4f:1
1. 光纖交換機zone劃分
(1)./symcfg list -fa all -sid 404找出所需要使用的3f:1,4f:1 wwn號
./symcfg list -fa all -sid 404

(2)在AIX系統中使用lscfg –vpl fcsx找出HBA卡的wwn號

(3)登入上CISCO光纖交換機
show flogi database 找到上述FA口和hba卡的對應埠

第二臺交換機略
由上我們可以知道光纖交換機的fc1/12,fc1/21為我們要配置的zone口
配置ZONE
MDS-1(config)# zone name zone_migtest_hba1 vsan 1 #新建ZONE
MDS-1(config-zone)# member interface fc 1/12
MDS-1(config-zone)# member interface fc 1/21 #將fc1/12,fc1/21口劃入zone裡
MDS-1(config)# zoneset name zoneset_HP-DL980G7_Server vsan 1 #進行zoneset
MDS-1(config-zoneset)# member zone_migtest_hba1 #將新建zone member入zoneset裡
MDS-1(config)# zoneset activate name zoneset_HP-DL980G7_Server vsan 1 #啟用zoneseg
MDS-1# copy running-config startup-config #將修改配置存入啟動配置裡
小知識:當我檢視ZONE和ZONESET的時候,如果FCID前有“*”號,說明鏈路已經連線
MDS-1# show zone active

2. AIX主機cfgmgr –v
如果我們此時在AIX主機中執行cfgmgr –v,可以發現已經識別到了一塊EMC儲存的盤,此盤是主機和EMC儲存的訪問控制盤,說明主機和儲存鏈路已經通
3. Enable solution劃分儲存組
整個過程:建立TDEVàbind tdev到poolà建initiator組à建port組à建storage組à建masking view六步
(1)劃分前準備工作
./symdev -sid 404 list更出所有裝置
./symcfg -sid 404 list –pool
./symaccess -sid 404 list
./symaccess -sid 404 list view
……
(2)建立過程
./symconfigure -sid 404 -cmd "create dev count=1,size=500 GB,emulation=FBA,config=TDEV,meta_member_size=125 GB;" preview
./symconfigure -sid 404 -cmd "create dev count=1,size=500 GB,emulation=FBA,config=TDEV,meta_member_size=125 GB;" commit
