gc 10201安裝小問題

OMS安裝失敗的原因：
gc 10201中的BUG,將系統日期改為2010年可以安裝OMS；因為下載不到補丁

OMA安裝失敗的原因：
可能是因為jar的路徑沒有設定。
下一步透過在209上的安裝來驗證OMA失敗的原因。

重複安裝OMA的注意事項：
設定TZ=GMT環境變數之後，還需要與oms的TZ 一致 使用命令$OMA_HOME/bin/emctl resetTZ agent
刪除oraInventory目錄下的ContentsXML/inventory.xml中的條目
如果出現upload version not checked yet
那麼clearstate 之後，serure agent 如果重啟成功，則agent upload就沒有問題
