解決Word、Excel等超連結老顯示“由於本機的限制，該操作已被取消。請於系統管理員聯絡”

WIN7系統 由於本人用的精簡版word2007（應該和這個沒原因），開始發現這個問題真是頭痛，經過到處查詢，終於找到解決方法，這是由於第三方遊覽器更改預設瀏覽器造成的。解決如下：
