如果我們在做資料遷移或其它對資料庫字符集有變更的動作前最好做一次全庫的資料庫檢查，確認當字符集發生變化時，會不會有例外的情況存在。我們可以透過Oracle自帶的工具csscan來完成檢測工作。在官方站點提供從8i 到9i的各常用平臺的download. 如果有需要可以到下面的連線中download.

You can let Scanner prompt you for parameters by entering the CSSCAN
command followed by your username/password:

Or, you can control how Scanner runs by entering the CSSCAN command
followed by various parameters. To specify parameters, you use keywords:
