1 , IP address changed , then emctl start dbconsole return errors . recreate .

emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate

2 , then , login oms using sys user , return user / password error .

change sys password the same as the old in sqlplus , then try again , it is ok .

3 , Login to ASM administrator interface , return user/password error again , use orapwd recreate the password file . try again , it is ok .
