一不小心，又中了 oracle 一個 bug ：Bug 12610689 - ohasd is rebooted ！

背景：為了禁用 gnome 圖形介面，釋放更多的系統資源，決定把執行級別從 5 調整到 3 。
環境：
        OS ： redhat 6.3 EE
        Oracle : 11.2.0.3.8
        3 個節點 RAC

故障：調整了 2 套庫都沒有問題，在調整一套安裝比較早的一套 3 個節點 RAC 時，發現剛調整過的 1、3 號節點 CRS 資源全部重啟。
根因分析：以下 Oracle bug 導致。

Description
