"Failed to create empty document" error message appears when opening the BrightStor ARCserve Backup
Title: "Failed to create empty document" error message appears when opening the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Manager
This problem has been reported when the internet explorer is upgraded to IE 7
In order to resolve this problem, please follow these steps:
1. Close the BrightStor ARCserve Backup manager.
2. Rename psapi.dll located in C:Program FilesCABrightStor ARCserve Backup to psapi.dll.org
3. Open BrightStor ARCserve Backup Manager.
Note: The location of the file may differ depending on the directory to which BrightStor ARCserve Backup was installed.
