After you back up the database structure, you can enroll the users of the database in
accordance with your Oracle license agreement, and grant appropriate privileges and
roles to these users.

當完成資料庫結構的備份後 , 能建立與許可證協議數一致的資料庫使用者 ,
並且賦予設定的許可權或角色給這些使用者
