SymptomsTrace files are generated with following messages:

CauseThe archive trace files generation is caused by

Bug 4883174 ARCHIVE PRODUCES TO MANY LOG ENTRIES 'KCRRWKX: NOTHING TO DO (END)
Fixed in 11g and possible in 10.2.0.3

Solution1.This message has zero impact, and can be ignored. Except that the trace files will be consuming disk space, which can be manually removed or running a cron job to clean up.

2. The one-off patch for fixing this issue is also available for some platforms. Check metalink.oracle.com --&gt patches & updates --&gt simple search --&gt fill the patch number as : 4883174 and choose your correct OS . Down load the patch for 10.2.0.1 or 10.2.0.2 as per your database version.

Please note that these one-off patches are not regression tested and hence you are advised to apply it on a test server before applying it on a production box. Please follow the patch readme for installing this patch.
