ORA-01102 cannot mount database in EXCLUSIVE mode

接到一客戶電話，
ORA-01102 cannot mount database in EXCLUSIVE mode

Cause: Some other instance has the database mounted exclusive or shared.

Action: Shut down the other instance or mount in a compatible mode.

讓其檢視後臺程式是否存在，發現只有DBWR,LGWR程式還在，kill -9也刪不掉,只有重啟機器。

過會兒，對方又說shutdown immediate基本上hang住了，暈頭，電話支援，也看不到系統。幸虧一位老大見多識多，讓其檢視alert.log最後一行。
原來在等待j000,情況明朗了，讓其檢視dba_jobs_running,發現諸多job在跑。原因找到了！看來以後要多學習hanganalyze之類的東西了。
