神奇的CRS-0184: Cannot communicate with the CRS daemon

真的很神，CRS後臺程式正常，但crs_stat無法檢視其狀態。

故障分析：
據錯誤現象描述，CSS無法到達fatal模式，導致CRS無法正常連線，原因不明。


解決辦法：

很簡單，只要更改主機的public網路卡的 Media Speed屬性，由Auto_Negotiation改為100_Full_Duplex,再啟動HA及CRS，一切正常。

影響平臺：10.2.0.3，解決平臺：10.2.0.4，無解決方案。
