RegionServer與Master的時間不一致造成的。由錯誤內容可以看出兩臺機器之間最大的誤差時間為30000ms,一旦超過這個值便無法啟動。

解決辦法：同步RegionServer與Master的時間，最好週期性同步，具體方法請參考Linux時間同步設定：
