Job Skillset:
1) Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Computer Engineering preferred.
2) 3yrs+ project experience of software development.
3) Strong skills on Database, JAVA and J2EE development.
4) Strong skills on Spring, Struts and Hibernate.
5) Strong background on Websphere Application Server including administration/deployment/development/testing.
6) Familiar with SQL Server.
7) Good skills on Web Services, XML and Design pattern.
