SCM Java Developer/Senior Developer-SCM Java 軟體開發人員/高階軟體開發人員

Job Responsibilities:
<1>Interact with project managers to quickly formulate project plan and monitor the execution of the plan.
<2>Interact with project managers to quickly understand programming requirements, resolve related technical issues.
<3>Design, code and review the code of others.
<4>Be able to plan and schedule development work, and conduct unit test.
<5>Ability to provide technical expertise and project leadership in the design, development and enhancement of SCM and SCM integration system is required for Senior Developer.
<6>Ability to monitor the latest strategies and provide suggestions to project manager to leverage the latest technologies is required for Senior Developer.

Qualifications:
<1>Bachelor in Computer Science or related field.
<2>Minimum of 2 years experience in Java; At least 4 years experience for senior position.
<3>Working experience of UML, Design Patterns, OOAD and OOP.
<4>Experienced in Web Application design and development, including JSTL, Java applets, JavaScript
<5>Be familiar with Unix/Linux environment and command.
<6>Experience in Hibernate is a plus
<7>Experience with other open source solutions is a plus.
<8>Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and structured software development practices.
<9>Demonstrate in-depth understanding and skills in relational database and SQL languages.
<10>Self-motivated and willing to become application specialist.
