請教SAXParseException問題

Exception
系統是執行在Tomcat5上，基於Struts開發的，用到JFreeChart。可總是給出下面的警告，在網上找了，有的說匯入xercesImpl.jar，xml-apis.jar就沒事，有的說匯入jcommon.jar.可都問能解決問題。望高手指點一下。叩謝！
