請教一下banq大大,關於SPRING配置檔案格式出錯

當我裝載這樣的 bean.xml沒有任何問題：
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE beans PUBLIC "-//SPRING//DTD BEAN//EN" "http://www.springframework.org/dtd/spring-beans.dtd">
<beans>
.........許多的bean
</beans>

當我裝載這樣的 bean.xml卻丟擲 Document root element "beans", must match DOCTYPE root "null" 異常：
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<beans xmlns="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xmlns:aop="http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop"
xmlns:tx="http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx"
xsi:schemaLocation="
http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd

.....
</beans>
是不是我缺少了某個LIB包???
