jboss3.0.3釋出錯誤？？？

現在我隨便釋出什麼東西都提示這個錯誤 而且連繫統自帶的ejb-management.jar也報這個錯誤：

另外請問 為什麼釋出了一個service後，第一次釋出時正常，以後每次啟動時都會提示說正在釋出一個已經發布過的MBean錯誤？
