用eclipse+tomcat 開發hibernate時，為啥要重啟 tomcat

我用eclipse + tomcat plugin + hibernate plugin 開發 JSP + hibernate

為啥一有hibernate exception 就要重啟 tomcat.

好像改 hibernate hbm.xml, 也要重啟 tomcat。

如何能不重啟？

用jboss代替tomcat，能解決嗎？
