Primary responsibility:
1. To manage the web development with the team based on the project plan
2. Involve in the Design Specifications and Program Specifications
3. Communicate with the development team and project team lead in Singapore
4. Ensure the quality of deliverables from the development team

Requirements：
1. 5-6 years of Web development experience in big projects.
2. Have proven experience in Web development frameworks like J2EE, Struts/MVC.
3. Good knowledge of database management systems
4. Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to lead teams
5. Fluent splEnglish
