幾款二極體、三極體結電容與反向電壓

00介紹


測量幾個光電感測器反向電容 使用 LC100-A 測量了幾個光電二極體、變容二極體的結電容與反向電壓之間的關係。下面再對於幾個常見到的帶有PN接面的半導體元器件的結電容進行測量。
