【20171031】在mac安裝蘋果提供的機器學習開發工具coremltools

嘗試安裝coremltools，結果不慎理想，後續會有隱患，繼續嘗試解決中。

• 昨晚下載受限網路因素多次重試，每次中斷後需要從頭下載。
• 今早下載成功，但安裝numpy時碰到異常，但檢查處理。
