ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgpwinit6

問題：
根據新規劃，在單機新增新例項過程中，原來的4個單例項出現訪問問題，根據後臺日誌，顯示的基本類似，如下：

kkjcre1p: unable to spawn jobq slave process 

該問題之前遇到過，上次的情形是升級資料庫補丁的時候出現；同時參考過MOS的解析，最初定位為$ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle的許可權錯誤。正確的許可權應為 -rwsr-s--x

但是，實際上檢查環境裡的相應的檔案的許可權，許可權正確。

觀察ASM日誌，發現四個例項都發生和ASM斷開通訊的報錯提示，並生成了包含關鍵資訊的trc檔案：

最後，重啟後解決上述例項的問題。

在晚上21:00後再次執行同樣操作，ASM日誌沒有發生類似的報錯，奇怪了，執行的是同樣的增加例項的操作。
