PROBLEM:
--------
++ Corrupted index due to ORA-8102. 
 
++ DDLs are failing in this database due to above problem.
 
++ The index associated with OBJ$.
 
++ Customer doesn't have valid backups to recover from.
 
++ Suggested following to fix the corruption in index on OBJ$ :
 
 
1. shutdown immediate
2. startup migrate / upgrade
3. >alter index i_obj1 rebuild online;
   >alter index i_obj2 rebuild online;
   >alter index i_obj3 rebuild online;
   >alter index i_obj4 rebuild online;
4. shutdown immediate
5. startup
 
 
Rebuilding index above is failing as below:
 
SQL>  alter index i_obj1 rebuild online ;
alter index i_obj1 rebuild online

ORA-701: object necessary for warmstarting database cannot be altered
