關於安裝R12時，提示RW-50015：

RW-50015: Error: - HTTP Listener is not responding. The service might not have started on the port yet. Please check the service and use the retry button.

這個問題在安裝app的時候，最後會出現，在網上搜半天，沒有什麼特別的資訊。

metalink說是個沒有釋出的bug。

如果確認作業系統的包確實都安裝了。

那麼應該就是Http服務沒有啟動的問題，手工把這個服務啟動起來，再retry問題就解決了。

cd /home/oracle/erp/apps/tech_st/10.1.3/Apache/Apache/bin
apachectl start
