　　主要是注意spirit這個詞的複數形式。作為“精神、心靈”意義的時候，是不可數名詞；而作為“情緒，心情”的意義時，則一般都使用複數形式。
　　例句：
　　He felt in excellent spirits when he arrived home.
　　他回到家裡時情緒非常好。
