RAC 在安裝時意外中斷， 重新安裝clusterware 軟體， 安裝過程中沒有問題，在最後執行root.sh 指令碼的時候出現異常， 指令碼一閃而過，沒有執行成功。

原因：
更換的儲存裝置和上次安裝的裝置檔名不一致。
解決方法：
刪除每臺機器上的/etc/oracle/scls_scr/rac1/oracle/cssfatal 檔案即可..
