oracle12c之 12.1.0.1.0 C 在 linux 7 上安裝報錯處理

環境說明：

使用12.1.0.1在linux 7 進行安裝時，在此過程中有許多事情需要修正。對於12.1.0.2安裝來說，這不是必需的，因為它完成得很乾淨。

Perform the following modifications to the "$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib/env_rdbms.mk" file.
