oracle11g rac最後階段報ins-20802 oracle cluster verification utility failed

今天安裝oracle rac報了以下錯誤：
[INS-20802] Oracle Cluster Verification Utility failed
點選detail，可以看到理由
The plug-in failed in its perform method

然後仔細看安裝報錯檔案，如下提示：

說的是scan ip的問題，查閱官網，大體意思是說，這個scan ip已經存在，如果我們在ping scan ip的時候，可以ping通，那這個錯誤可以忽略，看到這個後，果斷跳過，不予理睬
