解決辦法：

 

   一    忽略錯誤

         這個後臺程式是oracle自動調整不需要人工干預。

 

   第二 這個GTX程式沒有用上可以禁止掉，最好是不要禁止。

            把設定引數為0就可以預設是為1
           
            GLOBAL_TXN_PROCESSES = 0
