PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.scan1.vip

我裝11G RAC的時候，沒有指定DNS，只有在節點1，2的/etc/hosts上指定了一個128 SCAN IP，在節點1上
執行root.sh沒有問題，但是在節點2上執行root.sh出現了這個錯誤

我把節點1的SCANIP 給刪除，在節點2上執行root.sh就沒有問題，但是我想在節點1上從新建立scan ip又出現了問題
