Fatal firmware error: Driver detected possible FW hang, halting FW

資料庫系統表現為慢，第三個節點不能歸檔，其他節點執行正常， crs_stat -t 檢視狀態，第三個節點的target是offline, 
oracle alert log中沒有error,  在第三個節點server中linux log看到下面的報錯 ：

隨後，在第三個節點上透過 ls -al | more 檢視一些檔案， 報錯 bash : input/output error,  建立檔案時報錯 can not touch "test"...read only file system ,  基本確認是檔案系統問題，可能是陣列卡導致的.
