vipca遇到CRS-0215,Could not start ons

Oracle 10.2.0.4 ,  64bit,  Linux AS 5.3 , 2 nodes .

當我們在安裝Clusterware 的時候， 需要在第二節點上vipca ,  配置到最後安裝的時候， 安裝到 75% 左右，報錯：

CRS-0215 : Could not start resource 'ora.mxb2bcoredb01.ons'.

Check the log file "/u01/product/crs/log/mxb2bcoredb01/racg/ora.mxb2bcoredb01.ons.log"  and fix the problem before retrying.

查詢發現 ：  /etc/hosts  中  127.0.0.1     localhost.localdomain    localhost    寫成了

127.0.0.0     localhost.localdomain    localhost    ，  後來改過來，  retrying ， 結果還是報錯 (改動後不重新啟動不生效？)， 只有忽略掉，後來clusterware 安裝完成後， 節點1 的ons 為offline,     確認已經修改兩臺機器的   /etc/hosts  中的那一行後 ， 重新啟動兩臺機器，  發現 OK .   後面重新啟動多次server ,  檢視crs log 都發現正常，所有crs 服務都能正常online .   

這種情況會不會有隱患 ？ 個人覺得， 它所有的服務安裝應該是沒有問題， 只是再開啟ons 服務的時候， 由於某些配置或網路上的問題，沒有正常開啟， 只要以後修復就OK , 對它的安裝應該是沒有影響 ， 不知道這樣理解對不對  ？
