Oracle10g RAC 64Bit .

Standby使用了32Bit的Linux系統。 結果發現Standby上恢復的時候報錯資訊如下:

出現一下錯誤的可能原因是Primary DB和Standby DB使用的Linux系統不一樣,一個是64bit, 一個是32bit .

Subject: ORA-00600 and ORA-12801 During the recovery

RDBMS Version: 10.2.0.2
Operating System and Version: Windows 2003 Server 64 bit
Error Number (if applicable): ORA-00600
Product (i.e. SQL*Loader, Import, etc.):
Product Version:

ORA-00600 and ORA-12801 During the recovery

Hi experts,

I have been facing with a problem for 2 days but found no solution yet.

I have two systems: a SAP 4.7E with Oracle 10.2.0.2 patch 14 running on Windows 2003 Server 32 bit(named:YBT), and a SAP 4.7E with Oracle 10.2.0.2 patch 14 running on Windows 2003 Server 64 bit(named:YBB). I am trying to restore the database from YBT to YBB using the online backup. When I try to apply archives ,after restore, using the command "recover database using backup controlfile until cancel;"

I get the following errors:
ORA-00283: recovery session canceled due to errors
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P002
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbvmap_1], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

ORA-01112: media recovery not started

When I search the ybb_p002_3712.trc, I see the error:
kcbvfb: scanned 0 pinned 0 cloned 0 written 0 transferred 0 latched 0, total 0
kcbvmap: unable to find victim buffer
*** 2007-08-03 09:49:38.343
ksedmp: internal or fatal error
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbvmap_1], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

When I search the logfiles of the other query servers I see the error:
*** SERVICE NAME:() 2007-08-03 09:49:41.250
*** SESSION ID:(161.1) 2007-08-03 09:49:41.250
Slave exiting with ORA-10388 exception
KCBR: Number of read descriptors = 256
KCBR: Influx buffers flushed = 1 times
KCBR: Reads = 1 reap (1 no-op, 0 one), 3 all

I am waiting for your answers.
Thanks and best regards,

Tolga AKINCI

This error is unpublished/undocumented. I suggest you open a SR.

Hi

Error ORA-12801 occurs when a parallel query server encountered an exception as described in the accompanying message(s).Here you can observer Ora-00600 and Ora-00283 along with it in the error stack. To rectify the problem, correct the error described in the accompanying message.
It is recommended to open a SR with Oracle Support to diagnose Ora-00600.

Hi,

I doubt you are using different OS versions of windows YBT is 32 Bit and YBB is 64 Bit. that is the reason why you are getting the error. you cannot restore a online backup to a different host which is not compitable with the source.

Neeraj
