Oracle10g RAC em agent ORA-20603 問題解決

$emctl start dbconsole 沒有問題，但是EM登入有問題。

解決方法：

$cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
$./emctl resetTZ agent
根據提示用sys/sysman執行相關語句
$emctl start dbconsole
