緊急 - InvalidOperationException: Internal .Net Framework Data Provider error 30

Oracle 11.2.0.2.0   RAC   ,   Linux AS 5.3   


.Net 開發的系統連線Oracle 10g ， 執行oracle 的 packages 沒有問題，  今天升級到 Oracle 11.2.0.2.0 之後， 發現 .Net 程式
執行程式有問題 ，  我們將.net 程式所在的client 及 odac 連線元件都從 10g 更換為 11g 的 ， 還是報錯 。
