PRVF-5636 : The DNS response time for an unreachable node exceeded

Oracle 11.2.0.2.0   ,   Linux AS 5.3  64 bit  

安裝 Grid 之前的驗證， 發現這個錯誤，  如果暫時不使用scan ip ,  是否可以忽略 。 比較少搜尋到這個錯誤的
一些報告 ， 從報錯資訊大概是DNS沒有配置OK ,  系統從一開始安裝， 我們就沒有準備使用DNS,  所以沒有配置。
