在SOA Suite 中weblogic EM 部署JAR包的時候報錯 weblogic.common.ResourceException: No good connections available.   基本確定是資料庫問題，  透過手工連線資料庫測試， 發現資料庫偶而出現連線不上的情況，透過資料庫

方面的處理(後臺機器掛了，恢復後重新啟動監聽及資料庫)， db系統恢復正常， 部署也恢復正常 。
