EM 12c推送Agent出錯 - OMS_HOST and EM_UPLOAD_PORT is not available

EM 12c主機  szhs171-or.szhw.com
要手工add target加入的主機:  szhs135-or, szhs136-or, szhs167-or。 

ssa_admin 使用者登陸em 12c console後， 選擇"設定" -> "新增目標" -> "手動新增目標"，選擇 "新增主機目標"，點選新增主機按鈕。
按照要求填寫一些目錄及登陸許可權資訊後，點選部署。部署到最後一項時報錯，提示如下：

Cause -- 
Error Message: The Oracle Management Server (OMS) host and port specified via OMS_HOST and EM_UPLOAD_PORT is not available. Pass in a valid 
hostname and port number for the OMS to successfully deploy the agent.

總體感覺就是 OMS主機對應upload埠 4903 不能訪問，可能是防火牆問題，更換了一個與EM等主機在同一個網段的機器登陸console進行操作，
果不其然，是防火牆問題，部署配置完成。
