CHANGES
Recently applied patchset 10.2.0.4
CAUSE
This issue was reported in Bug 7436855 and Bug 7313352 which is encountered during DRM, fixed via a internal Bug reported for 11.1 and backportable to earlier releases.
SOLUTION
This issue is fixed by Patch 7189984 and in patchset 10.2.0.5.0 & 11.1.0.7 and above.

1) Click on Patches & Updates
2) Click on Simple Search
3) Enter patch number: 7189984
4) Select your O/S
5) Click Go.
