解決ORA-15097 Cannot shutdown ASM if OCR is Located in ASM

環境介紹：

資料庫版本： oracle 11.2.0.1

資料庫平臺：所有平臺

問題現象：

當你試圖關閉ASM的時候，報以下錯誤：

ORA-15097: cannot SHUTDOWN ASM instance with connected client

srvctl stop asm -n enode1 -f
PRCR-1014 : Failed to stop resource ora.asm
PRCR-1065 : Failed to stop resource ora.asm
CRS-2673: Attempting to stop 'ora.asm' on 'enode1'
ORA-15097: cannot SHUTDOWN ASM instance with connected client
CRS-2675: Stop of 'ora.asm' on 'enode1' failed
CRS-2675: Stop of 'ora.asm' on 'enode1' failed

透過檢查環境發現當前除了ASM自己外沒有任何例項在執行。

ps -ef|grep pmon
oracle 3913 1 0 22:45 ? 00:00:00 asm_pmon_+ASM1

問題原因：

OCR是在ASM上，而且CRSD又是 ASM的client端，所以ASM不能被關閉。

問題解決：

關閉ASM之前先要關閉CRS，透過執行以下命令：

crsctl stop crs

注意：不要透過Kill命令來關閉
