這個錯誤可以修改作業系統核心引數
核心引數的值：fs.aio-max-nr設定太低，推薦設定為fs.aio-max-nr= 3145728。修改引數使用/sbin/sysctl -p重新載入引數後，重啟資料庫即可。
對於ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4194], [56], [4], [], [], [], [], []
這個是回滾表空間出錯,
可以先使用手功管理的回滾表空間的方式將資料庫開啟
設定如下引數

刪除原來的回滾表空間

將回滾表空間設定為新建立的回滾表空間
SQL> alter system set undo_tablespace="undotbs02" scope=spfile;
System altered.
將回滾表空間管理方式設定為自動
SQL> alter system set undo_management=auto scope=spfile;
System altered.
修改伺服器引數檔案
SQL> create pfile from spfile;
File created.
SQL> shutdown immediate;

SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.
