   oracle 11GR2 rac 執行root.sh 建立磁碟組時,第一個節點成功,第二個節點如果遇到以下報錯：

DiskGroup creation failed with the following message:

ORA-15018: diskgroup cannot be created

ORA-15031: disk specification '/dev/rhdisk1' matches no disks
ORA-15025: could not open disk '/dev/rhdisk1'
ORA-27041: unable to open file

一般由以下三個原因造成

1.磁碟許可權和屬性沒更改

2.磁碟屬性沒法更改，需要安裝對應儲存多路徑軟體

3.磁碟屬性已經更改，也已經安裝多路徑軟體，要注意版本問題
