oracle 12c new feature crsctl 停止資源時提供預覽確認功能

在oracle 12c 資料庫版本中 crsctl 停止相關資源時提供預覽確認功能，而在之前的版本時沒有這個功能的

$ crsctl stop resource ora.LISTENER_SCAN3.lsnr
