上面出現了多個ORA-7445錯誤，包括ORA-7445 [kghalf]、ORA-7445[smbput]、ORA-7445[00000001]、ORA-7445[qerhjGetNextRowPiece]、ORA-7445[ksfd_gosdrq]、ORA-7445[ksmarfg]、ORA-7445[kghtshrt]、ORA-7445[kghpmalo]和ORA-[kcbhfho]。有些ORA-7445還會伴隨ORA-600錯誤。而且這些錯誤有一少半，在MOS中根本找不到對應的記錄。

不過經檢查發現，所有的ORA-600和ORA-7445錯誤都與同一個SQL語句有關：

顯然這些錯誤的本源和當前SQL有關係，而不同的錯誤資訊只是不同的表相而已。根據MOS中記載的資訊判斷，問題應該是文件ORA-7445 KSMARFG / KGHALF Using PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET [ID 743951.1]描述的bug。

導致這個問題的原因是9.2.0.3和9.2.0.4版在使用PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET引數時，如果PGA的大小發生了改變，可能導致PGA記憶體corruption。解決的辦法除了升級到9.2.0.5及以上版本外，採用手工方式設定工作區大小，以及修改問題SQL語句都是相對快速的解決問題的方法。
